Orders will be delivered to the given address by Royal Mail, National Courier or Home Delivery Service depending upon the size, weight and nature of the of the item. All orders will be dispatched within seven days, subject to availability.
Orders with multiple items may be dispatched individually.
With our executive Home Delivery Service we will ensure that your scooter, powered wheelchair, rise/recline chair or adjustable bed is delivered to your door and is fully assembled on your behalf.
You will then be given a full demonstration by a trained and experienced representative who will instruct you on how to operate and look after your product.
Should you not hear from us for 28 days from date of order please do not hesitate to contact us.

Refunds / Cancellations & Returns
If for any reason the products you receive are damaged, faulty or unsuitable for your purpose, return them to us, in an unused "as new" condition within 14 days of delivery and receive a full refund (less delivery costs). Collection can be arranged and will be chargeable at cost.
From date of delivery, all customers receive a 14 day "cooling off" period in which orders can be returned for replacement or refund. This is in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations
Custom made and bespoke items are non refundable, other than as set out within the Sale Of Goods Act and where your statutory rights apply. Any item that has been used and that may pose a risk of cross infection is also non refundable.
We reserve the right to charge for repair and replacement or to refuse any products not returned in their original condition including packaging.†
